In this episode of the ranked Splatoon 3 nuzlocke, we prepared to claw our way out of the C ranks and into the B ranks. Compared to Splatoon 2, the C ranks in Splatoon 3 are significantly harder and even put the run in jeopardy. The ranked nuzlocke was something that I first did in Splatoon 2 and it was one of my most notable series to date. So with Splatoon 3’s update cycle likely coming to an end in September of this year, now seems like a great time to give it a try! This nuzlocke has the old charm of the Splatoon 2 nuzlockes while also continuing the channel lore that began in some of the other series I’ve done in Splatoon 3. So you are in for quite a ride. i was stuck ranking up from c+ to b- for a month because i kept getting bad match ups.. it wasn’t even smurfs, there were people wth s+ badges 😭

When I was playing on the low ranks it was difficult but eventually I finally got to A- rank! I'm so glad that all the ranks are grouped together now because I like playing rainmaker so I can lift my other tanks without playing clam blitz

Yes, it’s pretty difficult. I’ve always thought that I was bad at the game but I’m happy to know I’m not the only one who finds ranked difficult. That’s why I only really play turf war. I’m one of the few players who actually enjoy turf war😅

Omg, this was such a Cinematic MASTERPIECE! Incredible Production! The *LORE* is insane! Lore Summary time! Wow this is a lot 0:00 Alpha's grief has caught up to him. Caine took notice of alpha's outburst 0:53: Alpha notices the cough that appears to happen to those connected to alpha which i assume put more pressure on his mental state 1:06 someone was listening to the whole thing... (Idk who it was, going frame by frame does not give a clear identifier by weapon or by clothes... but I don't think it's Travis or Dave. The host would probably be busy setting things up for the next inkspedition so my bets are that being was Billy) (Turns out i was wrong and the being right there was most likely "wrath") 2:48: Alpha appears to be crying and Caine takes notice again 3:35: Caine confronts alpha Alpha outbursts back at caine Caine seems concerned but also angry now 10:38: Alpha asks Caine how he stays calm 13:48: Here's where the good stuff starts All members of the "alpha star" were summoned to scorch gorge. 14:15: The 5th member of the "alpha star" has been revealed. This person seems to have the ability to negate and pary any of alpha's abilities. A strong foe. 14:35: "Wrath" Spills the secrets. 15:02: Billy states he trusts alpha and uses his emotional senses. 15:09: "Wrath" continues with his evidence 15:31: The host steps in stating that it's not possibe for a soul to be split into many 15:39: "Wrath" Continues once again 16:25: Caine defends alpha 16:30: "Wrath" Once again again continues loredumping 16:54: Some sort of energy is released from Billy, Caine and The Host that gets channeled directly into Alpha. idk what this energy is... but it's bound to be bad. I expect the energy to be from the sudden hatred towards alpha. _this explains the red corrupted star at the end of the last episode. the red is wrath, spilling the truth and turning everyone against alpha_ It could also be them giving alpha energy to fight or something... but yeah i doubt it. especially after all the evidence "Wrath" has given Come to think of it, the energy looks similar to the rainbow haywire eyes alpha has at 4:25 in the previous inkspedition episode. so this is the breaking point, huh.

Me at the end there: *”OH. SHI-“* I did not in fact cut off the word, my brain is wildly surprised because OH MY GOSH THIS LORE IS GETTING ABSOLUTELY INSNAE!!! (Spoilers!!!!) I’ve had the suspicion for the longest time that there are five parts of Alpha due to the star, each a different aspect of his personality/being- I KNEW tho that there HAD to be some kind of evil version as the final point, I’d assume it would’ve been Chaos, (Respawn Punishing Luna Blaster had to give someone nightmares-) but Wrath was an interesting character (again with it- I’m surprised he didn’t have a Luna Blaster Respawn Punisher-) but it seems the story is getting more and more… interesting. Kane especially, defending Alpha even being aware of everything as it is now- (ok btw THAT PEP TALK WAS FREAKIN THERAPY ALPHA WHAT THE HECK!) ahem- Kane still stands by Alpha’s side. Maybe because of their encounter at the beginning of the episode, maybe that drive and motivation, (Determination if you will haha Undertale) but it seems as though we’ll just have to wait for the next episode! I’d assume it will be Inkspedition due to him speaking of how he was in the middle of said series! Maybe it’ll be a flashback-like sequence? Hmmmm guess I just have to be patient 😔 Btw your talent for voices is insane I can see you being a Voice Actor at some point lol

Great lore video as always Alpha! TBH wrath looks like the kind of guy to wear the black inky rider, since Rider from the manga wears the same thing and tends to rage a lot. Also I feel the black jacket would better capture his dark personality more. This comment is just a suggestion and is not meant to bash the original design of the character. Maybe you should try gifting it to him so he can chill out(or not, he is still wrath after all). I can’t wait to see what happens next in LORE! Edit: I just wanted to add emojis
