I came up with a mini game called base invaders, it is a 4v4 mode where 3 players protect their base and try and splat the 1 base invader. Whichever team splats the base invader the most wins.

Thank you Alpha for giving me the opportunity to animate some bits for you! this session was really fun! The idea that the maps progressively gets smaller was a nice new gimmick to my minigame. When we were testing it, we noticed that the smaller maps made the minigame harder and more chaotic. So I implemented it into the session. x)

My game idea: 💥CURLING COMBAT💥 Rules: 1) Everyone should pick any weapon WITH a curling bomb in its kit. 2) The game takes place in turf war. 3)Everyone should make it to the center of the map. 4) You CAN ONLY START if EVERYONE IS THERE So it’s fair. 5) If anyone gets hit by a bomb, you aren’t allowed to leave your spawn UNTIL 3 SECONDS have passed. 6) You AREN’T Allowed to throw bombs at people when they’re leaving spawn so it isn’t an unfair advantage. 7) Main and Specials are prohibited 8) To refill your ink tank, step away from the central zone and fill it up there, then come back once you’re ready. 9) Team with most kills is the WINNER! P.S-This is the FIRST time I’ve done this so forgive me if the rules are confusing or poorly written 😅

My Minigame suggestion: **Renegade Rollout** (Based on Mario kart 8, renegade roundup) Clam blitz based mode, 4v4. team alpha are the cops and can only use rollers (except the carbon and big swig plus their variants because they don't splat players instantly upon rolling over them) and team beta are the renegades and can use any weapon they choose. During the game, the renegades can't attack the cops except with subs and the cops can only splat the renegades by rolling over them. (however the cops can still flick to spread ink. in the off chance that a cop does accidently flick to splat a renegade, then they must jump back to their spawn and wait for 10 seconds before getting back into the game) If a renegade gets splatted, they have to remain in their spawn. If all of the renegades get splatted, the cops win. "But it wouldn't be renegade roundup without being able to release teammates from jail!" I hear you say! That's why the renegades can gather power clams and throw them at their own team's basket in order to free their friends. The renegades can only use power clams up until the last 50 seconds of the game to prevent the renegades getting an unfair victory. If at least 1 renegade survives when the timer hits 0 then the renegades win. [Specials and super jumps are not permitted]

I have a few things to say about this Minigame! First of which: I was rewatching the Splatoon 2 Splatlocke and saw how terrified Alpha was of JP names so I decided to turn my name into JP for fun and act like an Assassin on his back and Squidbag him happily (which somehow made ot into the video at 7:35) And 2nd thing: Someone disconnected from Alphas Lobby while people were waiting for the next match but I wasn't sure if that meant I could join in so I took my chances and somehow managed to sneak into the 2nd match of the 2nd rotation without anyone noticing (unless they meant for someone to enter the lobby) and joined in the HammerHead match at 6:49

minigame suggestion: beacon defense make sure both teams have the same amount of players and that everyone in the lobby has beacon weapon 1: DO NOT INK DURING THIS ENTIRE STEP (unless of it's a wall you have to climb)! everyone gets to place their beacons anywhere on map as long as both teams can get there without assistance. once you're done placing your beacons jump back to spawn (dying works too) and do nothing while you wait for everyone else to finish placing their beacons. 2: ONLY START THIS STEP AFTER EVERYONE PLACED THEIR BEACONS! once everyone is done and ready, you can start inking and go after the enemy beacons while protecting your teams beacons (YOU CAN NOT REPLACE BROKEN BEACONS). team with the only standing beacons left wins BONUS RULES looking for beacons with map cant break beacons with kraken cant break beacons with literally anything with ungodly range / have to be in a certain proximity to break beacons

Ok I know this has nothing to do with suggesting mini games , but here’s a weapon idea. It’ll work like the grenade launcher in tf2 (if you’ve ever played it), it’ll fire a small projectile that’ll bounce/roll in the direction that you fire it, it can also ricochet off of walls and what not. Firing a direct hit, (the projectile hits the player) it will one shot them, dealing 100 damage. (Important to note that the projectile has bullet drop.) if the projectile hits the ground, and rolls to a player, it’ll explode dealing 35-25 dmg depending how far you are from the blast, the explosions are a little smaller than that off super chump. Well that’s quite the mouthful, if you have any suggestions or recommendations on how to improve this, feel free to reply.

6:30 I said in the Discord: “I can paint just fine with the squiffer” HOW WRONG I WAS HAHAAA- (I’m so sad I couldn’t make it to the premiere 😭) Also I was a LIL depressed for my own words biting me in the back- 8:00 YESSS!!! THE POWER OF THE SPLASH!!! SQUIFFER DID ME DIRTY THE FIRST ROUND 11:25 THIS. DECISION. I. REGRET. WHY DID WE DECIDE ON THIS OUR ENTIRE TEAM GOT OUT SO QUICKLY 😂😂😂 if you wonder why you never saw me- I GOT OUT IN THE FIRST 30 SECONDS 12:58 the round I SPECTATED- YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW GLAD I WAS WHEN I SAW MAHI AND I WAS SPECTATED ALPHA- I WAS SO HAPPY LOL that match was SO MUCH FUN to Watch as everyone was stuck in their bases at the end LOL I will also say Alpha never informed us the maps would be shrinking each time. And nobody really clocked it until Humpback I think- But this minigame was actually really fun! And I’m so glad I was able to play! And at the beginning when alpha said that “Stress levels increase as the game goes on” YEAH- THEY REALLY DID- 😂
