Alpine Lake TROUT FISHING | Impossible To Get To Fishing Spot | Wilderness

This old school trail will bring you to some of Washington's most prestin country! Not maintained since the 60's but that doesn't stop a alpine fisherman.
The trail starts easy but quickly lives up to its reputation as a bush wack and route finding. The word is this lake has LARGE trout and we're going to find out!

It was so clear. Could see the whole bottom and the boulders that rest on the bottom! I will make this a yearly trip! Most difficult experience hiking in the back country alone

Sure is a overnighter. I have a bad habit of seeing how far I can go in a single day. Brutal on the way up as I lost the trail 👣 Will be back to this one next year
