2:04 “I don’t get it, why she (was) concerned… when she saw the leaves?” Actually, she was concerned after seeing Maomao’s bandaged up arm again. Remember in the last episode the other ladies in waiting imagined that Maomao had been getting abused at her home and thus her arm was injured. That was one of the reasons they felt sorry for her (the other reason being that they knew Maomao was going to be used as a poison tester).

@06:15 As far as i know (but i can be wrong) Xiao is used as a belittlement and has the meaning of "little" ... so as Mao means cat, Maomao is something like "cat cat" and Xiaomao is then something like "little cat" or "kitten".

Mao Mao means "cat cat". "Xiao" is a diminutive, so Xiao Mao means "kitten".
