Nah Altare just wanted to troll his viewers. If he didn't want to say who his brother' oshi is because "reasons" he would just outright say "I don't want to say their name" We've seen this instance before with rpr and Axel when they were talking about Startend. When Towa was mentioned, Axel talked about her freely but when rpr brought up Aqua, Axel was like "eh I don't want to mention her name" (paraphrase) and he didn't give out his opinion about Aqua either.
