The pink one with the flower would have made a great Valentino or Mother's Day card. Beautiful but very feminine.

These are really pretty cards. It is amazing how little paper you have left. I like how you use as much as you can with the quilt cards to use the papers up. I love that quilt die.

What a beautiful set of cards. I always admire your ability to select a wonderful sketch to help showcase the pretty patterns in the paper, Kristie. Your 6x6 videos area always relaxing and so enjoyable to watch. Can't pick a favorite, but I really liked how you trimmed the ephemera flowers to fit the space you wanted. :) Thanks for all your hard work on these videos!

Hello Karen! Thank you so much for your kindness and welcome to my channel. The stickers are called Peel Offs and they are from Love From Lizi. She is based in the UK, so international shipping fees may apply depending on where you live. I do have a link provided in the description box where you can purchase them. (I replied earlier, but my comment disappeared.)

New to your channel, but I love it. I'm new to card making and was wondering why you put the strip on the inside of the card?
@KristieMarcotte3 жыл бұрын
Hello and welcome! 😊 I add the strip of pattern paper to the inside of the cards just for decoration. I don't want to waste the small scraps and I personally like the look for the inside of the card.
@benedictehjalting72273 жыл бұрын
So nice cards. I’m wondering why you sometimes use both tape and wet glue, please?
@KristieMarcotte3 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much! 😊 I mostly use ATG tape. But I will use both if I'm adhering a die cut with the faux stitching. Otherwise, the edges won't lay completely flat. I also use liquid adhesive on papers that have a specialty finish like pearlescent or mirror. I just want to make sure my cards stay together since I donate most of them.

Thank you so much! I donate the majority of my cards to local charities, to the residents at nearby retirement homes, and to my church. I also sell some of my cards on Etsy and send a bunch to family and friends.

Hi Kristy; My name is Magda. What kind of cards you use and where can I get them? I like the way they open with the fold on the top standing vertically... ❤ love your cards, they are beautiful! I'm a newbie at card making, trying my best at it. Thanks for your videos. 🥰

Hello! Thank you so much for your kindness. 💗 I use Accent Opaque 120 lb cardstock for my card bases. I buy the cardstock from a local paper store and have them cut it to card base sizes. (I have a link in the description box for the type of cardstock I use.) I crease the card bases myself. I prefer having top folding cards.
