Hear me out. When a country talks, put the portrait of the guy who is saying it at that moment. Because in truth, even when countries act like people its actually their leaders who become the personification of their country. So for example, Gotenland speaks. Is it Dönitz who is talking, or Heydrich etc. If possible, make charts regarding the internal situation of the countries.
