I think it’s very unrealistic that Austria immediately annexes the rest of the German states when they win, considering Prussia didn’t. They’d probably take Silesia first, then unite them later, also making Hungary an independent puppet state later

because that's how big poland was as a part of the russian empire and after germany "liberated" it after that it would stay in the same size. The reason why they are soo small is because without the allies interviening poland ain't getting prussian lands for free in this timeline.

Poland in this timeline was not United with Galicia and Lodomaria (Eastern Europe), in the 1980s Germany annexed Poland leaving only the polish parts of Galicia to revolt and declare polands independence the poles in germany probably were/are being ethnically cleansed

I am not sure the Russians and Austrians/germans would fall out in this timeline. Historically they fell out due to the balkans, as Austria had been locked out of other routes of expansion. But this timeline the germans/Austrians have greater sway in the scramble for Africa, and the north german ports in general aide colonial endeavors. They would especially be drawn together as britian would fear Russia the same as irl and Germany even more and so would line up with France earlier, preventing a Franco-Russian alliance from forming. Greater Germany would also just fear Russia less, as they are already quite powerful. It's quite likely they support Russia fully in the 1878 Berlin conference discussing the peace treaty with the ottomans.

everyone seems to think that hungary just magically collapses in every scenario, first of all without a dictate hungary would ever allow these territorial consesions,and the croats probably, but the slovaks didn't want independene, they wanted a bit more autonomy, but france pressured them into inifiing with checzhia.

The part of germany taking randomly and annexing Poland and Parts of the Baltic was a bit cursed, they didn't need to basically they would have needed more puppets, Italy would have never sided with A german empire ruled by Austria, maybe if Austria Aka: Germany, would have decided to renounce Istria, and by so the italian parts of south tyrol, but not bozen and meren.

Quite unrealistic that they would annex everything from the get go. Moreover that they would allow votes, the Habsburgs where famous for there harsh autocracy in the later years, not wanting to give Hungarians or anyone more rights then they needed. In addition, Austria wouldn't make the same mistake with poland, Ukraine and everyone else like they did with Hungary few years prior. I guess they would give the eastern provinces a almost same autonomy Status as Hungary. In modern times I would guess there would be something like a united states of Germany or sum with Germany Austria Prussia and maybe Poland at max (not even sure bout that) beeing the de jure empire but then Hungary, Ruthenia, Ukraine and the Balts beeing autonomous states withing the empire, and having those rights secured by emperous decree. Later I think it's kinda weird that you always took the German politicians when the empire is Austrian there should be far more Austrian politicians, like I said Habsburg and these likes gave austrians almost always more rights then everyone else so it would make sense that they have more power even in the modern days so I think there should have been more Austrian politicians. And for the last one, I don't think the Habsburgs would ever give up the monarchy, maybe give up some power for the sake of modernising the country but nothing more and I wouldn't believe the rest of the country would start a coup after all the Habsburgs achieved for the country, annexing Germany and so on. Wouldn't make sense after all that
