Yes there is. If you kill Tommy second Sal will say how he has to pay construction finances through his own pocket. If you kill Lou second he’ll say how he needs to get to the governor now to get gambling legalized. If you kill Olivia second a unique Giorgi and Sal cutscene where he’ll whisper to Sal “Ear to Ear just like you wanted.” and to leave Sal and Nino alone. Then to explain how he has to pay legal fees now
