There's light and heavy atks, perfect dodge and block, block counters, combos in the skill tree you can unlock and use by actually pressing 2 keys at the same time... Give a bird eye view for combat, change the UI, better armors design, give the companions health bar, more monsters type, make monsters scary, give the monsters more than two attack patterns, oh here is an idea, how bout create a whole new game instead.

Huge step in the right direction. Of course brutally turning it off breaks other effects (AA, DoF, some lighting?), but hopefully modders will be able to turn it ALMOST all the way down and find a good middle ground.

They could be tweaked to just look like the old DA designs. Would need to lower the resolution/poly count of the models though.

The problem is that now things that are actually supposed to glow, don't glow anymore. A good example is the glowing bits on the dragon, like the eyes and that patch on it's throat. They don't glow anymore, they're just orange.

Can you check if it's possible to disable Depth of Field? This horrendous effect doesn't belong in any gameplay, it's only acceptable in photo mode.

And now, you need: change physical proportions of all humanoid races (shrink head, widen shoulders, make legs longer, add variety of chests and lower bodies) change visual looks of Qunary and add femine features to elfs change some textures for clothes, so armor and robes won't look like brand new change visual looks for Darkspawn and Demons Chagne visual looks for some monsters, including Griffins Change interface colors to look more mature and weariness to characters (eye circles, dirt, roughness, etc) Change some facial expressions change most of dialogs cancel some changes to the lore, to be more accurate with DAO Then, it can be on par with DA2. __ Why not DAO? Imagine therapy session with Morrigan and Alister to boost their morale before the mission =D To be on par with DAO you should remember choices in Denerim's alienage and Kusland's betrayal. You can't reach the level of hatred towards earl Howe and satisfaction from killing him in any other DA game. He was a Bolton at heart.
