One thing I forgot to mention in my review is that this device DOES NOT work with condenser Mics. It does not pass through phantom power.

The noise floor is terrible even before you walked to the other room. There also seems to be a significant midrange bump on the wireless signal, or maybe it's just a loss of lows and highs. Really good review. I'd say this is only good for speech, not music or anything with a wide frequency response. It is what it is for $89. It's a shame they can't make a quiet, reliable, mono transmitter for less than $300.

It was $99 when I purchased. May be less expensive now
