I mean I would definitely have bought a Compound hoody…if it was embroidered of course 😄 They do have Amigos and Daz Games merch but yes, it is quite limited and not of the best quality.

Yeh i have the Pink Daz T-shirt and the Amigos one is cool but id love to see a t-shirt and hoody with all the attraction logos on the back like Thorpe have done! But yeh a T-Shirt with a Compound logo would have been insane!

I was in Hex when it broke down and I can confirm it was a piece of scenery (a facia board covering the sliding door mechanism) came loose and got crushed behind the central column. It was mine and my daughter's pictures and videos that were doing the rounds on social media! I too liked Daz Games - I think the reason many don't like it is because they are going into it expecting full on scares and sets like other mazes with the game element being secondary. Whereas it's actually the other way round. For what it is, it's fun. It's an escape room meets scaremaze experience and I commend Towers for trying something different. In my opinion, the Halloween scaremaze market is becoming saturated and very samey with all the big parks and farms doing the same horror, clown, zombie type things. For me it's getting a bit boring. So anything to change it a little I'm all for! Will you be at the fireworks?

Thanks for clarifying Steve, much appreciated. Daz games was definitely better than I was expecting, some of the reviews do seem to be overly harsh. I enjoyed its uniqueness, even though I failed at escaping 😅 I’m certainly going to try to get to the fireworks, AT is a good 2 hours 15 mins drive from me so it’s not always easy, but attempts will be made 😊

@@_adventureplanet Yeah some reviews of Scarefest as a whole have been unnecessarily harsh. I went there on opening weekend had an awesome time. Hope you can make it to the fireworks, I feel your pain - I'm about 2hrs down the M6/M5 from Towers, the distance is the main reason why I go for a couple of days at a time if I can. If you make it and I see you, I'll say hello!
