I remember having this on DVD. Apparently, this movie wanted to try something new from the first movie. With not just having the chipmunks go to high school, but also introducing the Chipettes from the cartoon. I forgot how many recognizable celebrities were in this. Zachary Levi, Wendy Malick, Bridget Mendler, Quest Crew, I didn’t even know the Chipettes were voiced by Amy Poehler, Anna Faris and Christina Applegate. It’s like these movies secretly sneak in money for casting, and I never knew about it. 😅

Fun fact: Jason Lee who plays Dave Seville originally had a larger role in this one but was reduced cause he was busy filming with his show called “My Name is Earl” so Zachary Levi who plays Toby had to fill in for him.

Interesting fact: Fox released this a couple of days after Avatar as a "secret weapon" to potentially make up for the losses it was gonna see financially, but history repeated itself as Avatar absolutely destroyed the box office like Titanic did and Alvin coexisted well against the film.

Ah yes, this movie with a lot of plots; The Chipmunks in school, the Chipette and Ian, the concert, Dave's cousin and his crush on a girl, Alvin leaving his brothers to play football. There's too many of them and none is developped. Compare to the first movie, this one is hard to follow 😵‍💫

Been waiting for this reaction 😄 I actually liked this movie better than the first one, mainly because of the Chipettes. My favorite is Jenette. I remember when McDonalds promoted Happy Meals toys about the Chipmunks and Chipettes, and Ty Beanie Baby dolls, etc. 🥰❤️💙🩷💜💚 at 19:06, the blonde girl is Bridget Mendler, she was in the show Good Luck Charlie as Teddy Duncan on Disney Channel, and was also in the movie Lemonade Mouth. :) she also put out some good music too. In recent years, she attended MIT and Harvard and has recently became a CEO for Northwood Space. I think that’s pretty incredible! Can’t wait for you to react to Chipwrecked next!

I really love the sequel ❤️ I think the new story is fun and adorable 🥰 love that they go to school and try to live a normal life although it’s sad to see Alvin injure Dave in the beginning and have to manage without him. Love the new characters The Chipettes are so cute and likeable and great to see the chipmunks fall for them ❤️❤️ love Zachary Levi as Toby thought was great new character and his little romance with the teacher is cute 😊 also Dr Rubin was great too and it’s great to see Ian come back and see his evil schemes again. Of course the music is still so good 😊 Enjoyed the reaction can’t wait to see the third one 😁👍👍
