Just the tip to try and keep your head still as you hit is very helpful, I think it's easy to try and hit it too hard and keeping your head still stops you swinging wildly.

The great difficulty for me is when the ball come too high It`s much more difficult to catch the time. With a ball machine the ball comes with an easier high to hit. Any tip how to time in a very high ball ? Good job buddy ! Cheers !

Hey man. I actually find the slinger bag more difficult as it lobs with so much spin. But to answer your question, tip #1 should help you on the high smash. Many players just plant themselves way to early and then stand still waiting for the ball. So make sure you set up well. Dance under the ball
