Thank you for your excellent, most helpful videos. They are clear, concise, correct. Breaking these tips down as you do helps tremendously. I find it far too difficult to learn much from the typical long chatty busy instructional videos. It is hard to actually teach our bodies to do what we want them to do, so even with your clear concise tips, I must watch, then do, then watch again, it takes many iterations but finally, I learn. Forget the other channels, I just need to practice the things I am able to remember from your clear instruction. 🙏👏🎾😊
