✅ Ingredients for the dough:
pressed yeast - 21 g (1 tbsp) or 7 g (1.5 tsp) dry yeast
salt - 8 g (1 tsp)
water - 300 g or 320 ml (1.5 cups*)
vegetable oil - 40 ml (2.5 tbsp)
flour - 500 g (4 cups*)
✅Additionally:
onions - 300 g (3 onions)
salt, pepper - to taste
vegetable oil
❗ Weight of raw dough: 860-870 g
❗ Output: 2 large flatbreads
🌡Baking temperature for electric ovens: 200 °C (bottom+ convection, middle level)
🌡Baking temperature for gas ovens: 220 °C (regular mode, middle level)
