I don’t want to bad mouth anyone. I just want to say I get a more genuine love of music from Aly & AJ. I could be off base. I don’t follow the Jonas Brothers. After Phil Of The Future was cancelled I became bitter and swore off Disney for a while and that was around the time Jonas Brothers blew up. And we’re given TV shows. But I don’t begrudge them any of there current success. 300k albums sold in a week is no joke in this sales climate. Also it being another #1 album. But there’s room for Aly & AJ. We just have to spread the word when the recording of the full length album starts!

On a more serious note, I really like the message I got from the video---it really puts into perspective the way artists (and people) are oppressed by the pressure of an unrealistic reality show that society tends to operate under. You see all the elements of reality TV (a dancing girl, a drag queen, a business suit judge waiting to say YOU'RE FIRED...) trying to dictate how you should sound, how you should look, who you should be. However, ALY & AJ want to burn that house to the ground, set fire to a man-made map, and shine bright to the light of their own individual iridescence. SHINE ON, SISTERS. Sing your song (with Brenda Song). We see you.
