The wrist guard for your mouse is beneficial. Your wrist should be at the same height as your hand or ever so slightly elevated above your hand (so your wrist has a slight curve above your hand. Nothing drastic). Same way as of you were playing the piano. This form prevent arthritis and carpal tunnel.

If you look for some great and easy starter plants to hang in that area above that I recommend Hoyas 😁 A warning tho: it is very easy to fall head over heals in th extremely many varietys. ( and most have flowers that smells lovely, but during migrain dais it might be an idea to remove the flowers). Great work despitenthe pain. Am always impressed by your strenght to even move during migrain and such! Looking forward to more videos from you! 🥰
