I have the same problem. I have deposits on both a Fisker Ocean One and a BMW ix1. I cannot drive the BMW until March here in the UK and there is no sign of an Ocean to look at least of all drive.

I think on the paper the car is very attractive and I´m happy to hear that it is built in my country :-) But I would never dare to buy it, I think it is much too new and the service network is not efficient enough to manage the many problems that can be expected with this new car. You can see that even an established manufacturer like BMW has great difficulties with the technology (Adaptive Lights...). I would also be very concerned about the residual value development with this new brand - you can easily end up with a big loss of money. However, enjoy the fair in Stockholm!

Yes I have several doubts about it. But you should be able to rent it monthly like Volvo subscriptions but all details are not published yet. That means no worry about residual value and if it’s to much problem just return it and buy a new non adaptive BMW 😊

@swede365 with magna being the manufacturer it de risks it a lot. It would be fun in my opinion to give them a chance. Very beautiful vehicle as well.

well if the service and quality are questionable about bmw.....it's about time the whole auto industry shuts down and we return to horse driven carriages :))))); do not make the mistake of believing you bought perfection or that the other brands are better.

and you forget the most intressting feature, the Fisker Ocean can Power you home with the right powerwall unit with V2H.. and thats brilliant if you have solar panels at you home. i have presigned up for the Ultra. in Denmark there is simply not enougt solar effect for that more price.

I was going to say the same thing. The V2X technology is very interesting. Especially if you have solar panels at home. Unfortunately, however, Fisker have yet to confirm very much about it. I'm guessing it's going to need the Wallbox Quasar 2, which could be quite expensive.

I would be concerned about getting a call from a start-up / small manufacturer. I can imagine lots of issues!

About your concerns, the front wheel bias was the pre-production version, but actually Henrik Fisker mentioned about the final production car (first 5000 units will be released under the ONE trim version, 69,995$ FULLY loaded) was being setup to be rear wheel bias. Of course, the service and brand is something with ???? because is a "new" brand, but the fact the car is being built by people who knows how to build cars (Magna), is kind of a relief

Amazing the differences by country. Including taxes in Australia the top spec iX1 is about 650,000 SEK with a 5 year warranty

I would personally go for the Fisker Ocean if you can get a reasonable amount back for you bmw. Magna makes high quality vehicles and has its reputation on the line.

You need driving assistant option to have that in Sweden. I think there are different packages in other Nordic countries

@@fanli331 Driving assisstant plus does not include BSA. You need to order Driving assisstant package to have that. Unfortunately I was thinking the plus have it but it end up not having it. Only professional package has everything.

Thank you for following my inquiry with the final clarification, Per. someone says that BSA is included either in the basic driving assistant package or in the professional package, just not in the driving assistant plus package. Logically, I would think that the plus package is better equipped than the basic driving assistant. The question is, how does the plus package stand out compared to basic?

@@tommyjakobsen5504 There is a separate video about it on the channel. The matrix led does not really work, high beam is just on or off. Compared to my G20 with laser light this would be a disaster. But the product description at BMW really talks about matrix led. So I think a defect or the car still needs a software update.
