Thanks again for a great video. Have you made one that shows the setup in the app of charging from your home charger. I like to charge after midnight when it is cheap, without commiting to a certain departure time in the car the next day.

I have just received my iX1. I think the adaptive cruise control works great, however for most cases i do not like the steering assist. Do you know if i can turn the steering "interference" of but keep the adaptive cruise control?

Yes you can, just change mode on the steering wheel

Yes but then I want a full VB air suspension (replaces leaf feathers) that I had on my Kabe Van and not only additional air suspension. Then I can both lower and rise the rear end and the driving comfort was excellent with that…but expensive 🤨

@@swede-365 I also looked into the VB Full air, but it does add 53kg to the weight, which is quite a lot. I guess if you could get the motorhome up plated at the same time it wouldn't be too much of a concern. Thanks for your reply.

Are you sure about that? The leaf feathers that you remove are really heavy. Is it really 53 kg additional weight in total or is it the weight of the VB parts?

@@swede-365 That was my thinking too. But thats what the local installer said. Perhaps they were talking about the gross weight of the VB kit.

Thank you for sharing this problem! Did a testdrive last week with the X1 and X3 and was wondering if there is a difference in the seats. Had no issues in the X3 but was very uncomfortable in the X1. So its not only me having this problem with the seats.

Hi Per, thanks for your very interesting new video about travelling again in Norway. Actually my wife and I (including our ML T570) have booked by today the Kiel - Oslo transfer for end of the year. So looking your video I had the impression that you are travelling quite often as well on toll roads which brings up my question whether you may have a recommendation which might be the most reasonable mobile app for being charged automatically for using toll roads in Sweden, Norway and Finland ? It’s only Norway that have toll roads except a few bridges in Sweden as far as I know. You will be charged automatically in Norway without doing anything but it takes a while before you get the bill. I use a Bizz and contract with Oresundpay. Then I get charged directly and can keep track on the cost. For ferries you should use autopassferje and pay in advance. Then you get up to 40% discount on the ferries and there is a lot of them in Norway.

It was everything from -20 to +10. At the Lofoten area actually very mild because of the Gulf Stream

Tack för ytterligare en fin film och reseberättelse. Synd på vädret. Där blev det lite bekanta vyer både från Andöya och Torghatten utanför Brønnøysund. Vi var på Lofoten senare halvan av augusti -23. Fantastiskt fint. Vi hade hyfsat flyt med vädret. Det blev till och med bad vid Haukland Beach. Torghatten besökte vi 2012. Då fanns inte sherpa trappor. Får kanske göra ett återbesök dit. 👍👋
