You're not crazy, you're super fit and maintaining that great level! Once you proved to yourself you could hike 30 miles in one day, towards the end of hiking nearly 2,200 mi on the AT, all doubts were erased. Not only is a 26m marathon possible, it matches where you are after 6 months of hiking/climbing thousands of ft. Go Molly!

Go Molly Go ! You're very fit athlete to be able to do the AT and marathon 🏃! What a great company to let you off for 6 months to do the AT ! 😅

Hearing the increase in your cadence while running on this trail vs. the cadence from the AT was interesting! The door to your office was very cool - everyone deserves to have friends and coworkers like that!

Great to see you back on a trail. As others have mentioned, the treadway seemed quite smooth unlike Rocksylvania or the trip/fall rootfest of the Hundred Mile Wilderness. I also love the Garmin Relive active trail map as your signature coda for your post. So thoughtful of your co-workers to recognize your thru-hike in such a personal and memorable way.. Mac

I've always admired your tenacious athleticism, Molly. What a nice thing your boss did. 😊 Your chickens in the background on your vlog wrap-up make me smile. Great job this week; recharge them social batteries. ✌️

Great video, especially liked your husbands insistent “I’m fine” after completing the 32+k (sounds better than 20 miles) run/walk.

I think it would be neat if you could connect all of your Relive activities for the trail into one long video.

That's a beautiful trail, no rocks!! LOL! Friday I hiked the AT in Pennsylvania from Furnace Gap and did the blue blaze South Trail back to the AT, the back to Furnace Gap. Soooo many rock! I'd love to know how Tara Dower was able to run some sections at that pace. Thanks for taking us along, have a great weekend!

Not crazy at all, 50 state marathoner here. I love that you and Darren can do this together. What a nice trail and not a lot of traffic. What marathon?

That was a nice thing your boss did. Also, very nice of your company to let you have so much time off for the AT hike. And Darren does seem to be a good sport. I don't think you're crazy for signing up for a marathon; now if I did....

Really nice trail. No rocks or roots. I wish there were those types of trails in northern PA.

Beautiful day and nice trail. Hope it was a good prep for the marathon. Love the sounds of the chickens - takes me back many(MANY)years to when I had them. Best wishes for the run, and remember, "There is more to life than increasing its speed."(Mahatma Gandhi). Be well, stay safe. 🥾

Not crazy! Aristotle said, “There is no great genius without a touch of madness.” I am not surprised. To paraphrase Henry David Thoreau, I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability to elevate one’s life by a conscious endeavor. You have already proven you have the boldness to strive valiantly with great enthusiasm and great devotion to achieve a goal. Wishing you a mighty fine life!

You and your husband are so cute together❤ You’re going to have social obligations that are going to come up and you’re probably not going to feel like going. My advice is don’t stress yourself out. Just make an appearance and then sneak out….lol

Your hubby is both funny and a real trouper I am sure you appreciate that in him. This almost looks like your old intro reel at least it looks familiar. I remember going to day shift after working over nights for 8 years and every day for the first few weeks I was complete overwhelmed by the sensory overload, so it doesn't surprise me that your 'social battery' is a little low. Gotta say you have a really great boss....at least in this instance.
