@@mementomori5374 Yes the monsters they get a grip. OUTSIDE reflects the inside. I feel hatred and discontent in my heart. Is it any less than finding joy in the other? They are different sides of the same coin. I can get so worried about my negative feelings towards others, as if i have any power over anything. It's just a feeling state to be felt, in the frikking heart not that sickly brain!!

I get this a ton and I love the validation that comes from this video. I watch spiritual channels on KZbin and so many of them seem to rely on the idea that I'm missing something, or that there's something I can attain. Even though the speaker will acknowledge the paradox of that. And I... within the apparent relative domain... will think that too. That I haven't had an experience. Or a level of consciousness. Which seems possible. And yet it's impossible to prove a negative. There isn't anything that I could do but haven't. Because "could do" is a hypothetical. An idea.

yep, the way you answered, was real. of course the answer itself was important, but the way you answered gave so much real meaning, to this important topic. for myself, there is too much of fear. of not being enough. of being less than from the time i was little. i live a very lonely life. i have no friends, family and i have parted ways. so now the mind has been there and become stronger. this is exxactly is where the problem starts and a life of pain becomes dominant. learning about the mind, and what is the mind, is like watching this beast, that appears in the shadows, when i am not watching. if i look for this mind, i sit waiting for it, and then it doesn't come up. when i analyse what i thought came from me, i realise it was the mind created this stuff. and it was all fear driven tactics of this mind, which has a brain of its own. it is so clever, it learns stuff, and develope and evolves at miracle speed. it grabs everything it can, and makes up its own proposed drama of disaster. so when i sit and watch. it is my meditation, as i feel i then am sitting with my inner self, just my self and me (?). this just sitting with myself, is so beautiful, so peaceful. 7i come to the point that nothing, absolutely nothing has more than some temporary value/ necessity / meaning. everything is all so temporary, some things must get done, but if it doesn't get done, it will end up in a temporary mess, but it will have no long term impact. i see that work must be done, adn done with conviction and purpose and clarity, and earnestly and honesty. but, it is not the end of the world. it has meaning for now and here.. the fear leaving is so important. it doesn't leave forever, it comes back quickly. especially when i am not watching, it comes back and really, really ruins me.. I just want to be happy. but that happiness, itself is like a "sin" bec it means that i have not reached that depth, bec at a deeper level, no worldly success, happiness has any good value.

If you can, try to surrender & GIVE IT the time it wants to take from "you" ❤️ "The body" will take care of you. "The body" loves you. ❤️ When "I" was there, it felt like the world was ending - but it was just "me" shedding "my emotional baggage". Layers of pain needed to be felt, for that emotional baggage "to be put down from my shoulders". ❤️ It was worth it. It was hell, and it needed to happen. You don't see males saying the same thing, males don't care about the gender, either someone knows what they're talking about, or not. Females tend to seek what appeases their emotions, which is the farthest thing from helpful.

The "dualistic-metronome-mind" functions on the spiritual path in exactly the same manner, as on the worldly path 🤭Even after a few thousand hours of satsang/non-duality in 10 years ! It uses the ON/OFF-mind-movements to create the illusion, that there would be a someone who is responsible for that movement. One day that illusion seemingly wants the seeking to STOP ("fed up") - and the other day it wants it to START ("nostalgia"). The beautifully naive oath to use this lifetime ONLY for awakening is not different from all the old new-year´s-resolutions, that could not be kept up over time because there has never been a someone pushing the dualistic pendulum. There is no little imp in the head that pushes it from left to right 🤪 It moves on its own !

I don’t think there should be a goal to permanently lose the sense of self. Imo, it comes and goes anyway; what ultimately matters is realising the ego is illusory and has no substance. That brings a whole new sense of freedom because validation for the ego is a complete mind construct. From the perspective of infinite consciousness, nothing matters because everything, in this moment, is perfection.

Nobody who woke up or ended up enlightened, ever sought it out or was ever a spiritual person. Fate has an great sense of irony and humor. You can't seek enlightenment because you don't know what it is. How do you find something you have no clue way it is? Impossible. That trap will lead you to some "pleasant" idea from ego sprouting up and you ego likes pleasant, so you go AHH I like that, this must be enlightenment! NOOO sir. Ego is the most stubborn thing there is, it's the dream, aka perceived reality, it's the "you" in this dream, it's every layer of the dream, it's all characters, it's all memories, all thoughts, all....ALL lol. It's sole purpose is to build some illusion to cower inside so it doesn't have to face the truth, that it doesn't exist. This is fear of no self. That suffering feeling is from the layers of ego being destroyed. "I" always say the waking up process is hellacious but it's like waves of radiation that are phasing through the body, and each wave sucks but must be done. It's like radiation to deal with cancer cells...once the cancer cells are gone, you don't keep getting radiation lol. The suffering of the waking up process will end when that radiation is done destroying everything. That radiation is truth, as truth destroys untruth. Truth hurts as they say. Once you open the door and let truth in, it will flood in like an ocean and it will drown and burn and destroy the ego. That misery and suffering is ego doing all it can to get "you" to turn back. Go back to the safety of the illusion. But once the ego is destroyed, that misery and suffering is just poof gone, it's odd, but makes sense. The process takes 1-2 years on average from what most can tell. Though longer if your character is older. Meaning a 20 year old will have a shorter waking up period because their ego has less layers to destroy. While a 60+ year old is like a red oak tree....can't easily uproot that sucker, as it's roots go DEEPER lol. Might take 5 years or so for them to wake up. Hard to say though, there is no exact answer. Takes as long as it takes. You will know when the process is done. (Even though, there is no you lol)

Third at 35:35 you said 'its not as extreme as you think it would be' that's really wonderful to hear as i find myself often imagining terrible circumstances. This whole video was such a relief to watch because it seems bearable all of a sudden. Still i wonder if/when and especially how i should go about nonduality. That is what I was trying to teach. Somehow no one put it together, even though it's insanely obvious. "I and the Father are One." "Let the disciples be One with me as I am One with the Father". I didn't even call it Christianity, I called it The Way, meaning The Dao. THEY put all that exclusivity BS on it like a bunch of fools. "No one comes to the Father except by me" means "No one reaches the NonDual state of awareness except through the sole Subjective Lens and transcendence of the self and the illusion of personal identity". It doesn't mean ME PERSONALLY, lol. I told them NOT to say to me "Lord Lord!" Mary Magdalena got it. She was the one who got it. So they trashed her and edited her out of nearly the entire Bible. Gee whiz, Su, why they no listen, huh? I'm trying to hook them up with Heaven. There are states beyond NonDuality. It gets EVEN BETTER. And every time I offer it to people they say "no thank you, I much prefer the illusion and my mundane life and fighting with my coworkers and worrying about money and food and clothes". I gave them The Bible, A Course in Miracles, and BABYMETAL -- which is the crowning achievement and my primary work -- and they still can't get it. What does it take?!?! Thanks for being awesome. Just a few minutes in, but already noticing: When I listen to most videos about awakening , non-duality, etc., I frequently begin to feel a subtle or not-so-subtle pressure, focus, push/striving toward the “goal” of awakening. I’m sure this has value for some, but I find it less and less inspiring or useful. By contrast, there is a spacious, un-pressured quality to your talks and your way of working with people, which, ironically, allows me to open more deeply to the heart of the matter. 🙏🏼🫥💙
