When you discussed finally having a home space that you feel safe and comfortable in, I feel I relate so deeply. I finally moved into a non-roommate living situation and it really took some getting used to being able to fully decorate a space my way and control who has access to my address. Change is good :,)

Oh my god, the thing you said at the beginning of the video made me think.. I very often find it difficult write or text (or sometimes talk) because I keep overthinking and rephrasing things over and over until it's "perfect" in my brain, which it hardly ever is, I also feel like I have an "inner voice" constantly gaslighting me when I'm trying to express myself, especially when I try to talk about the abuse I endured from my mother and some other people . It often makes me feel ashamed of expressing myself. Just wanted to share.

No need to feel ashamed of it here, my friend. Seems like realizing we aren't so alone and hopeless is kinda the point of this channel, ya know?

You are so inspiring Allisun! Moving homes is so difficult and you've managed it! You've found your safe place! Going through tough times does sound hard though. Integrate the parts and take the wheel. Yes, to love for the inner child! ❤❤❤

So I've watched quite a few of your videos starting probably 6 or 7 years ago when you first cut ties with your mom I just wanted to say I really appreciate you sharing that journey I'm so sorry that such a young person has had to do such a thing I probably should have cut ties with my parents when I was in my twenties but ended up waiting till I was in my 50s to have to make that decision so I'm glad that you made that decision at a young age where hopefully the healing journey for you can encompass most of your adult life God bless you keep up the good work hope you are well

I have been feeling this way too! I moved out of my family's home, started grad school, and just started my first job in the mental health field. So happy we're all growing together 💜
