Admittedly, there are certain things I didn't like - for example the Blackout that happened plenty of times in a day. There are also many things i absolutely love - some little things that bring me joy.
Ultimately, at the end of the day, i have learned plenty of life lessons here from the filipino family that i live with in the Philippines.

I still remember when i was a kid, how thrilled we would be when there was a blackout. Every kid would be out on the street and we could play until the late hours. Hide and seek took an a whole new level all you would here during the blackout was laughter from the streets. It was a much simpler time.
