I was very impressed with Amos on the trip with Greg. He did almost all of the work and I never heard him complain except with soreness in his legs from hiking so far most days to provide fish for the two of them. This should be good.

We dont often use teflon but I think the teflon cookware is fine as long as you dont use it on extreme heat like around 500 degrees Fahrenheit and not use metal utensils that chips the teflon coating.
