I'm a stutterer exactly like her, same age and female. It's a lot more rare for us ladies to stutter, so glad for her to be a voice for us! It's so tempting to hide away for life because it is rare, but today I'm married to a wonderful man who understands me and tells me he loves the uniqueness my stutter brought and who it made me. I am also a mom to a son who will learn the same. Hope this is some hope to the stutterers here! I would love to see her duet with Ed Sheeran and be voices for stutterers together. Mel Tillis was a singer when I was a kid. (I'm 53 now) He stuttered too but not when he sang. I wonder if this is a common thing? He was always on Hee Haw a country TV show my grandparents watched.

I’m a stutterer as well. I grew out of it mostly I can talk in front of crowds especially at church. I don’t like being put on the spot that’s when I start stuttering then I get nervous and stutter more. But then I taught myself to calm down and breathe relax and act like I’m talking to God. Just be free and stay calm. So from one stuttering person to another. You are unique and don’t let anyone tell you differently. We all have gifts of some sort. It would be a shame not to share them with the world and help change someone else’s life. An help give them Hope in whatever someone else is going through. God Bless!

I love the messages on your songs. Please don't take this wrong it's not an insult. The style of singing you do is a type that drives me up a wall. I have to force myself to listen because if that. But you are an excellent writer and you have a good voice. Thank you for fighting and overcoming your problem. There actually are specialized hearing aids that help those who stutter speak normally. If it keeps messing with you check into it. Stay strong young lady. You have the talent to do very well. Look up Mel Tillis. He was a country singer in the 70's that stuttered also.
