I always got confuse as I always feel like working out like hiit or something after 2nd day of period, and would want to just lay down a week before periods! This explains a lot! Should pay more attention to what my body is trying to tell me

Payment attention to our bodies is a process! It's really cool to hear that you're starting to put pieces of the puzzle together for yourself! Congrats! Hope things are going well.

This makes so sense, i thought I was just being lazy. I eat a lot during my luteal phase and have so low energy. :(

This is the best video on how your menstrual cycle interferes with your training. Straight to the point, great advice and easy to understand. I've been thinking right before getting my period about why I wasn't performing as well as usual. Fortunately, I don't have cramps most of the time. But I used to think that I had to feel demotivated and down and shouldn't do exercise. For most of the time, I push through my training plan but it's okay to adjust in order to fit your body's needs when needed. Thanks for the great video!!

Great video! I came across Bellabeal app when I was doing my research about cycle syncing, and it has helped me so much to adjust my workouts and diet. I get a daily meal and workout plan which are both customized to the goals I put in, as well as my period through my period diary and the data my wellness tracker Ivy collects.

Thanks for the video! Teacher doesn't teach this at school so I'm getting educated by you hihi ♡ Anyway is there any movement that we can't do when we're on our period? Bcs I heard it somewhere that you can't do plank when you're on your period
@AmandaBisk3 жыл бұрын
You can definitely plank! Unless you feel pain or it just doesn’t feel right. If it feels fine, you can do it! ☺️ I’m so happy this video was able to help you! ♥️
@CycleCoachAcademy3 жыл бұрын
Any movement that involve your legs being overhead is not great for when you're on your period. This includes exercises like the reverse crunch, handstand & leg press. All those movements reduce the downward flow of blood during your period. Hope this helps!

Question! : can i do long run also during follicular phase (7-14)? And what happen if to your body exactly when you do for example on luteal phase some HIIT workouts even if you don’t feel like?
@AmandaBisk11 ай бұрын
Yes of course! If you feel like you can and WANT to run, go for it! Exercise during this phase is so beneficial 🙏🏼
