I am 19 months postpartum and just now focusing more on my health. I had a C section and postpartum depression and honestly felt like I could never get anything under control again. I just had to say that final postpartum message you wrote hit hard. I know you lost your father, and I lost my daddy to covid 2 years ago. The holidays are hard. There's magic, for sure, especially because my oldest had a birthday on Christmas Eve. But, there's still an emptiness where my daddy should be. So I know what you meant and likely how you're feeling, too. Sending you so much love and gratitude.

Before my pregnancy I really enjoyed "Yoga with Adriene," but found that postpartum it's not what my body needs. Dear Jessica, Thanks so much for all your videos. I have been using them since the beginning of my 3rd trimester and they helped me so much for pain relief and feeling ready for the birth. My active labour was quite short after 38hrs in the latent phase. A lot happened and it was intense, but I felt well and used the different poses and breathing techniques. However, in the end my baby had to come out with the help of a vacuum extractor. As a result I have some tears and lots of stitches and am still quite bed bound, but desperate to get some stretches going again and feel my body. I tried looking through your postpartum exercise, but all the videos I found are way beyond what I can do at the moment as I cannot sit or do e.g warriour pose. Do you have any super gentle exercise videos for those of us mostly in bed for a period after the birth? Thanks again for this amazing channel and all the best to you! Kind regards Astrid

The leg lower was much too hard for me with DR (3.5 finger gab). I kept my core well engaged trough the whole workout, so at this point my weak center was exhausted anf i couldn't press my lower back into the mat.

Hey Jess, I am curious. I have a soft tenderness/soreness in the middle of my upper abdomen, just since doing your Diastasis healing videos. My son is two, I am very certain I had DR, did about 2 months of your workouts in the spring of this year, then started back up in the last two weeks. I did notice that over the summer my gap widened back up a little bit, but I wasn’t paying any attention to it and we were in the middle of a big move. Can pain like that type of soreness (in my upper abdomen and right down the middle) be part of the normal healing process? Working those muscles up? Or could I be doing something wrong? I can truly feel my core getting stronger, so I’m not sure what it could be. I am also not sure if it’s something else so I’m going schedule an appointment with a gynecologist. But do you have any ideas? Ps. Love your videos!

After you get clearance for postpartum exercise (usually 6-8 weeks after a c-section). This is more focused on toning/strengthening rather than fat burn/weight loss.
