Very good exercise to maintain a good body posture. Easy and doable with focus on muscles you need to work on for a good heathy posture. Thanks for sharing!!

Once a day would be wonderful if you can make the time...otherwise every second day (3/4 times a week) ☺️ Aim for 10 long deep breaths for the stretches and 3 rounds of 15-20 reps for the face pulls 👌🏼♥️
