i've tried so many youtube fitness videos, yours are the best, I keep coming back, you are pretty much the only one to have real time videos, you actually do the work same time as us and you explain and give really good tips throughout. I tried the trendy HIIT Natascha Oceane videos and they just don't cut it for me, the whole working out to music with that stressful stopwatch on the screen and the fast rhythm just does not work for me. I did one of her 30 mins videos and felt pretty much nothing the next day, my body perceived it as a cardio though it was meant as a strength builder too, where as I will do one of your 15 mins ones and I can really feel all the muscles really engaging, I think the difference is the speed and the quality of the teaching, you really have the teacher's knack and obviously a rich experience. I stopped working out because my ankles bloat when I do, and it only goes away when I stop any workout activities. :(( my ankles are thinner now but it never looked the same again, sadly. I want to do squats and lunges so bad but I'm afraid my ankles will swell again.

Diana it sounds like it could be a problem with your circulation...I would definitely suggest to see a doctor so they can identify the cause and help you get back into workouts! x
