We've all struggled with bad sleep. Either you can't fall asleep, toss and turn all night, wake up more tired than when you went to bed, or even all of the above!
I want to help you!
So I've put together this dreamy yoga flow to help you rest, recharge, and recover like a boss...
We build up SO MUCH tension and stress during the day and this has an immediate effect on out body AND our mind. A stressed body doesn't rest well. So this is your chance to untangle all those tight muscles and joints, relax your breathing, calm your hormones, and clear your mind.
Just 20 minutes will change your entire night. I'll guide you step-by-step and all you have to do is tuck yourself into bed!

needed a nap after doing this session ; and it was first thing in the morning. lol. been feeling real tight, not sleeping well, and sluggish. so happy i discovered your channel. thanks for sharing

Thank you for this lovely video! I'm just slowly getting back into the habit of stretching and doing yoga in the evenings and this is a really nice yoga routine. I'm trying to get back into FBFM too sometime this year, but due to limited time at the moment, yoga has to do for now.

I did this just now, and oh how I feel so relaxed😍I haven't been sleeping that well lately, so hopefully this helps. Now off to shower and then to bed😍 hopefully you can do split stretching video soon!
