Your joy is healing. I envy your life. Both of my parents had dementia, so I quit my job and took care of them. Last year, they both passed away after 3 months. It was stressful. My parents passed away, and my body and mind hurt a lot. I got a brain aneurysm in my head and two brain aneurysms. I even had hypothyroidism, so I suddenly gained 15kg. Anxiety disorder Panic disorder I still suffer from insomnia. It's been a year since my parents died, but I'm still in treatment, but it hasn't been long since I started again. I started KZbin, took a walk, and traveled because I had the courage to share and communicate. Now I want to be healthy. I hope everyone watching this video is healthy.

For the Ãcai Bowl I can suggest to pimp it up a bit so you have more from it. I’ll make Ãcai Bowl around 3-4 times a week for my Bf and me. To the Ãcai I add a banana, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, some dates, coconut yoghurt, maca powder and some plant milk. ☺️

You should dip the tortillas in some red sauce, roll them up and layer on top of a thin layer of sauce in the pan, and then pour the remaining sauce over the enchiladas so they are smothered in it. And usually you want to have foil covering the pan for most of the baking time so they don’t dry out.

Do you steam your tempeh before you cook it to get rid of some of the bitterness? I get the Byron bay chickpea tempeh but I can never stomach it because of the taste but I want to love it so much 😢 And what vegan butter do you use for your scones? I can only find vegan margarine
