This short full-body stretching session features stretches you can do on your feet-perfect if you're on concrete like I am in this video, or if you don't want to sit or lie on the ground for any other reason.
Sorry the sound quality is echo-y in this one. I'm often recording the cues when and where I can, so it doesn't always turn out just as I'd like. Always aiming to do better the next time!
