Check your coolant reservoir every morning when the engine is cool. If the overflow hose between the reservoir and radiator has a leak/crack, that could make the reservoir slowly lose fluid. Especially ifcthe engine was operating during a very hot day, high temperature coolant. Also, drive for 15/20 minutes with the heater on (high if possible). If the heater hoses/connection have a leak/crack, the reservoir fliud will drop after the engine cools completely

If the above turns out not to be the issue keep looking. Coolant doesn’t just disappear. There has to be a reason. Good luck.

Hey Amanda I noticed in your video you said your blower hose I'm not sure what that is maybe a little confusing but once my heater hose busted and after replacing it I did learn that when you run your vehicle and it gets a little hot that you need to go back and tighten it up a little more

This is why it is getting shut down and prices are going way up! Yet try to say this to people and they refuse to acknowledge this is happening. Instead they just say the big guys are making it impossible to live and travel in your car/van. When will people wake up to the fact that if you trash places they will get shut down. This is why so many Walmarts and other stores are no longer allowing overnight parking.

Try checking your gas cap. If it's old or you didn't put it on tight it can cause the check engine light to come on. It happened to me and I just replaced my gas cap. The light went off. Good luck!

I feel ya on the check engine light; hate that thing❤😂❤ I have the same code reader that you have n it has come in so handy. My caravan is old n cranky putting out codes several times a year n its extremely sensitive it seems but I still kinda panic every time. Trash is a real problem any more.
