those nice lowboy toilets are great, they don't over flow, if you have a problem the water stops when it reaches the level in the tank. Had them in my parents house I inherited , but they were high end Sears Best toilets from the late 60s and I was having issues getting parts, and this was about 15 years ago before Sears had their major issues . I like this house, but it has lots of wall paper and its hard to remove, 2 car garage is odd even for this age of a house, the 70s started homes with 3 car garages, but I'm in California

This is a really cool house!! So there isn't really a dining room? My husband would love this house. He was born in 83 and seems to gravitate towards anything from the 80s. I've lived in homes with pools and of the six kids in the family I was the one to take care of them. Middle child syndrome is real! Haha! But I quickly learned that I had real peace and quiet when taking care of the pool. It was like my zen garden.

I like it. I'm not sure where the dining room or eating area is? I guess it's in the family room? The family room looks more like I was expecting the whole house to look regarding the wood and other features. It's a little unusual that the bedrooms are so close to the main entrance. The yard is limited but there's enough side yard there to work with. I always wonder how useful it is to have an entire large room dedicated to a pool table. That seems a little dated. It is definitely a cool house though.

With the addition of outdoor parking spaces, a few more bathrooms, some individual heating/air conditioning systems, individual electrical meters and a cluster of mail boxes this too-big house could be turned into an apartment building with decent rental income.
