Very nice. You're my kind of collector as I do the same thing. It's nice to see people appreciate art like you do. It really is a thrill to be out looking for it, not knowing what you'll find. Funny you mention 'bird art' because I find a lot of it and looking at my collection one day it dawned on me that I had so much of it...I must like birds lol. By the way, my hometown is also Grant Wood's. Not sure what parts of the US you frequent, but, if you're ever in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, you can see 'Woman With Plants' at the CRMA. There's a lot of his work there, as well as a large collection of Mauricio Lasansky prints.

Richard, we are definitely kindred spirits! I am running out of wall space from the art I’ve thrifted! (I share many of them in my videos. I’m in trouble today. I’m scheduled to be photographing and listing on eBay, but I just want to watch more of your videos! Oh, the owl! I love that one so much! (Almost as much as the donuts!) The Otto Dix reveal was incredible! What a fun find. I don’t know much about it… I guess I’m off to watch another.

6-21-22. Is when I am watching this. My plan is to watch all your videos. If you ever want to sell the donut picture I would be interested. It would look great in my dining room which is filled with the framed menus of favorite places I have eaten.

No, the Otto Dix painting would be hanging in a museum if it was an original, worth around up to a million or several. Just my estimate. This is a brilliant selection showing your very discerning eye and the value you know it really has. At the same time it s outstandingly ugly and a real eyesore. But valuable art comes in all shapes and sizes. The saying Is this Art or can it go ? gives it new meaning. Go ahead ! At the same time its outstandingly ugly

rip that brown paper off.... lets see if its a painting or giclee or what. is it onboard or canvas?? even a copy of a Vermeer, a real oil painting, that well done, is worth $hundreds and possibly a few thousand... People LOVE to buy excellent copies of masters works. Zoom in close to see if its a painting..

Hi Daria, I'm not near the Vermeer at the moment. I am back in London and it is in the USA. Although from memory, I'm pretty sure it's a print but very cleverly varnished to look like brush strokes. Quite convincing!
