I worked in granite and tile for 2 decades, and that's 10s of thousands of dollars in granite slab alone. That's before you even factor in the fabrication and install. Just amazing work.

The mirror on the tree is for blind spots on the road. We have them all over NZ when your on narrow country roads

What an Amazing exploration!! Beautiful architecture, incredible use of color, and the study with built-in rifle rack and ammo drawers was the treasure! It would be more appealing to use terra cotta roof tiles instead of shingles, in my opinion. Thank you for sharing this 😁

Nice mural. No wonder they have that mural outside, to prepare you for how amazing the inside.that house was flooded. Very pretty girls rooms, upstairs office with power, no wonder my utility bills are so expensive, companies are leaving them on in deserted huge homes🤨if the lights are on, you should turn air on. This place is AMAZING 😇I need ✌🏾giant wreaths plez😃Im sure it’s was Beautifully Amazing in its original form. Thanks for sharing

Purely aesthetic features or styling like that found in the elevator are not architectural. It has to be structural. That funnel shaped pipe at the end is a radon gas exhaust vent.

This is James Barrow this house is amazing and can be saved and it looks like in good condition and hope can be for sale and hopefully it don't be set for demolition because it a beautiful house and the yard needs mowing

Would love to live there & can't imagine why it didn't sell. (Even I knew it was a gun cabinet & I'm a woman) But dude, you need to slow down & steady that camera. You made me dizzy. Perhaps cut down on so much commentary a bit. Otherwise great place!
