That "Chevy Impala" you saw out back at the start is actually a "'64 Cadillac". I drove one to highschool in the mid '70's. Best parts were it being black with a cream vinyl roof and it had 8 power windows.

The house is definitely not abandoned. Someone is paying for utilities and cable. The beer and soft drinks in fridge looked new. Some parts of the livingroom, bedroom and bathroom looks as if it's still being used. I'd say a family member or family friend may still visit the place from time to time.

That is Billy Steins house he had a car lot in the next town and got busted by the BMV for forging car titles and failure to produce titles. serving a 24 month stent.. he still owns the house and his brother stays their often...The neighbors watch the property so anyone else thinks they can break in. think again.. im sure that this kid will be getting a contact from the police..

I think a lot of people claim that these places aren’t abandoned because they can’t believe how wasteful people can be. Especially rich people like this they can just replace things if they want. Amazing video!! Keep up the hard work!

They have money, so he possibly moved nearby to a place without the bitter memories. It doesn't make sense to some because they don't have that type of money. He needs a good property manager to help with this albatross.

This is incredible but so eerie. The hospital socks on the master bathroom floor might be a clue to his quick departure. Probably a depressed person when the family up and left him. You literally don't want to do anything. So sad. Especially since he never touched the princess room.
