Tried all of these shops and some others. My personal favorite was DaShiXiong beef noodle soup. It's close to Chang Kai Shek memorial. The sides dishes there were really good.

ooo pingtung is amazing! If you haven't checked it out yet, highly suggest visiting the donggang fish market if you like sushi cause that place is mind blowing. Hope you enjoy your time here in Taiwan =)

3 noodle as a Michelin one in the past fir their beef noodles and the tastes is very clean and lighter, which we prefer as we can eat too much it. Saw they had Monaco spaghetti and omg, it is soooo good.,. I prefer it than their beef noodle soup lol and went back there had was my last lunch there before we flew back,
