Make Christmas happy with a small but special homemade cake.
In fact, roll cake is an item that I'm afraid of failing when making...
However, even if this roll cake is not made well, it is okay because I will finish with cream on the outside.
Even beginners can make it easily.
There is no need for special techniques because it is a pattern with a fork.
I made 2 small pieces, but if you want a larger size, you can cut 3 rows of 8.5cm wide and roll all the cakes around.
I designed it to be more cute and easy for anyone to make.
And this time, I made a cake with butter cream.
You might think the buttercream is tasteless, but the well-made buttercream is really deep and soft.
It also has a shelf life of about a week, so it is much longer than regular fruit cakes.
This soft and moist butter cream chocolate roll cake~
I made chocolate butter cream not too sweet and thick.

● Chocolate Roll Cake
50 g milk chocolate
63 g milk
38 g vegetable oil
(Please use non-fragrant vegetable oils such as canola oil, soybean oil, corn oil, and grapeseed oil.
No olive oil)
5 yolks
38 g sugar
75 g cake flour
25 g cocoa powder
1.5 g baking powder
5 egg whites
50 g sugar
● walnut chopped 30g
(Bake it for 7-8 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius and cut it.)
● Swiss meringue butter cream frosting
260 g unsalted butter
105 g egg whites
142 g sugar
A pinch of salt
5ml vanilla extract
● Chocolate butter cream

150g Swiss Meringue Butter Cream
45g dark chocolate
10g cocoa powder
♥ Syrup
30 g of water
22 g sugar
3g rum

My sister and I take care of our mother now. As you said we will always look after her with all the love and we cherish her every day. I can understand your pain.
