Oh amazing timing, I just switched from regular old "bodybuilding" in the gym to calisthenics 2 weeks ago. I just got tired of only progressing in strength with the amount of weight I put on the bar. I put so much time in the gym, but have nothing to show for it, nothing fun anyway. Sure I can go up to a stranger and tell them I bench a 140kg for reps, do they care? Calisthenics seems like a fun way of working out so I'll definitely try this and see how long that stays fun.

What did you say those guys are called? Couldn't quite catch it. Barsparta ? I love calisthenics, the strength that men and women have doing it is incredible. There was a group doing it at BodyPower expo this year and they were also amazing! I've added calisthenics to my training phrase recently and it's added a lot more fun. Really recommend others do too especially if hitting a plateau! It's amazing to see yourself progress.
