Oh amazing timing, I just switched from regular old "bodybuilding" in the gym to calisthenics 2 weeks ago. I just got tired of only progressing in strength with the amount of weight I put on the bar. I put so much time in the gym, but have nothing to show for it, nothing fun anyway. Sure I can go up to a stranger and tell them I bench a 140kg for reps, do they care? Calisthenics seems like a fun way of working out so I'll definitely try this and see how long that stays fun.

So pissed off! Knackered shoulder prevents me from even working up to this. Wish I'd known about this and related calisthenics back in the 80's. Would've LOVED to do all this in my 20's. Respect to you all.

What did you say those guys are called? Couldn't quite catch it. Barsparta ? I love calisthenics, the strength that men and women have doing it is incredible. There was a group doing it at BodyPower expo this year and they were also amazing! I've added calisthenics to my training phrase recently and it's added a lot more fun. Really recommend others do too especially if hitting a plateau! It's amazing to see yourself progress.

+정재호 nah go ahead and do 6 times a week. just don't totally exhaust yourself every time. It's mostly shoulders and the core you have to build up

If Uther Pendragon was to see the beginning, of the video, and what them blokes do so effortlessly, he'd yell, in his typical angry voice: "Sorcery!!!" >.< lol And I could not blame him. either lol :) And yet, we still have those pillocks, claiming how calisthenics are useless compared to lifting weight.
