Thanks for the great video. I'm 73 and have just started using castor oil. I hated my arms. My forearms were very crepey and now they're not. My lashes were very spotty and now they have filled in again. I haven't used it long enough to see if my lashes will grow longer but just filled in is great. I'm not sure if anyone has suggested that it reverses grey hair but the outer half of my eyebrows had turned grey so I was colouring them in but now I notice I don't have to do that anymore. I'm now testing it on the one patch of grey hair that I have on my head just for fun to see if anything happens there. I did learn a tip from a comment on another channel that, if you first wash your hair with your conditioner and then shampoo as usual, it's easier to wash the castor oil out of your hair. It does seem to help.

I think that was maybe Cod Liver oil. That’s what used to be given in the winter for Vitamin D. I don’t think Castor oil has any vitamin D in it.

Very good video! Castor oil is miraculous and has been used for 100's of years to treat so many different things! I have used it for over a year and was consistent for about 6 months, but then stopped using it consistently and within about 3 months I started seeing some old nemesis' show back up, lol. I too suffer from dry eye and that was a huge bonus. When I stopped using it my dry eye flared up a couple of months later. My eyelashes grew and my eyebrows started filling in, that was so nice! I also had a calcium deposit on the middle knuckle of left index finger. It was the strangest thing, I had no idea how or why, but every night for 2-3 weeks (I may have missed a night or two) I put a small cotton ball that had a good amount of castor oil on it, on the bump and secured it with a larger band-aid. To my surprise I started noticing within 5 days the small mountain top on my knuckle reducing! It has completely disappeared and not come back. Castor oil is amazing stuff!

I use castor oil twice per day, in the morning and again in the evening before bed. I spread it on my eye lids and lashes and on my dark circles below my eyes. I had cataract surgery in both eyes 8 month ago. Shortly after the surgery I found out that castor oil is good for naturally dissolving cataracts and eye floaters. Hi Liz. You are right. The Castor Oil should be kept in a cool, dry place. And if it doesn't smell right, toss it. I use 100% bamboo sheets, and have never had staining. And it's great in combination with another body oil or cream. It's the last thing I put on my face at night, to seal all other products in. Definitely great to rub on the stomach. I do have pretty healthy eating habits, but I use sugar (in moderation), but I'll never give up whole grain carbs. I don't think I'd put it directly in my eye, but like you, put it on my lids. I really don't care for using the castor oil straight out of the bottle. It's very oily and hard to distribute. I do however add it to my daily facial moisturizer. And I also add it to my body moisturizer. I also add some frankincense essential oil to both. I sometimes put a drop or two of the oil into my belly button at night. I am 70 years old and always looking for suggestions for aging gracefully. I very often get compliments on my skin. So I guess it's working. I did just order a package of the castor oil packs to use on my hip at night at your suggestion. I have osteoarthritis and am hoping this helps. Love your videos.

I always had beautiful long eyelashes until I had chemo over 20 years ago. My eyelashes fell out and when they grew back, they were so short I could hardly get Mascara on them. 100% Linen is also a natural fiber. It is very breathable and has been used for bandages for thousands of years. Sadly it is often blended with synthetic fibers to make more "affordable" fabrics so be sure to check labels. Hemp and bamboo are also natural fibers just be sure they are 100% and organic is always a good choice.

Linen gets softer the more you wash and use it. You can also freeze it, kind of like a winter clothesline. Obviously you don't want to damage the fibers but some careful wear-and-tear should help soften the fabric.@@robinsierra1029

I am 71 and you seem like me I will try anything natural. I only take a eye drop for pressure in my eyes and the lowest dose thyroid pill.....not bad. For some going to the doctors seems to make us sicker.....my grandmother lived till 98 and when in the nursing home she wanted to move her roomate out and move him into the room. Been useing caster oil on my face results were wonderful. However lve noticesd when l smile l now have lines down the sides of my cheeks. Castor oil itself does not dissolve fillers, but if your fillers have already started breaking down naturally, applying oil and massaging the skin may make the changes more noticeable. Sometimes, as fillers wear off, the skin can appear more wrinkled or hollow than before because the body gets used to the extra volume. Castor oil is very moisturizing, but it doesn’t plump the skin like hyaluronic acid fillers do. If you feel like your skin is looking more wrinkled, it may be due to natural aging, filler breakdown, or hydration levels. You might try adding a hydrating serum (like hyaluronic acid) under the castor oil to help retain moisture and plump the skin. Let me know if you have any other questions! 😊

You can use it everywhere, just don't swallow or put directly into your eyes.

Be very cautious about apply directly in the eye as castor oil can damage the corneal layer. Using it on eyelid is safe and there will be some absorption onto the sclera and cornea.

I agree! I’ve used it all over my face including my eyelids, but never directly into the eye. 😊
