Amazing Chili Ribs - Balinese Food in Lombok, Indonesia - 6:30 AM Meat Feast!

Big thank you to my friend Dewan, he's originally from Bali, and he now lives in Mataram, Lombok. This is a restaurant he said I couldn't leave Lombok without trying. Thank you for breakfast Dewan! It was amazing.
I had a couple of Balinese friends telling me that Warung Mertha Yoga restaurant in Mataram, Lombok, Indonesia, served better Balinese food then you'd find in Bali - reason being because the restaurant is known for cooking Balinese dishes, but using Lombok spicy chilies.
6:30 am was the only time I could go, and so we went for an early meat feast breakfast. When we arrive they had already sold out of their famous chili ribs. So we settled for sate and other Balinese food.
Luckily, they came through with some extra chili ribs, and they were some of the best and most spicy ribs I've ever had ever.
Reason I don't have the price is because Dewan kindly paid, thank you for breakfast Dewan!

diane Tackett i live in Bali and it is fine here. Volcano isnt as deadly as hurricane or tsunami. The casualty here from volcano is 0.

Mark, you need to try the newest Jakarta's variation of satay called Sate Taichan. It's basically chicken seasoned with lemon, salt, and pepper and grilled. But what makes it special is the chilli sauce, real spicy and real delicious. It's on the salty side instead of sweet.

I'll show you or you can search it on google.. Pork satay and the ribs is more heavenly delicious taste than you eat.. I swear.. But you must say 1st "double bumbu" or it called more seasoning of chilli, and you will taste the next level of pork satay dude!

Hi, Mark if u wanna taste THE SPICIEST culinary of Indonesia ( this isn't overstatement but recognizable by most Indonesians) next time just come to MANADO North Sulawesi ,Indonesia (actually it is near the Philippine) , unlike the Javanese/Jakartans food nor some Balinese food the Manado food IS NOT SWEET AT ALL, it tastes mostly sower and salty and of course EXTREMELY SPICY . There are varieties of Spicy PORK and chicken but even more the seafood is among the best seafood in Indonesia. Happy New Year and God Bless U by the way
