I am having to stick with moisture based mixes right now, my hair says more moisture less strength.... winter in Nor Cali may not have freezing cold, however it’s cold and very dry until it rains. So I am on moisture based mask kick for now. Today it’s a prepoo of 1 cup aloe vera juice, left over infused poweders and leaves from two different sprtiz that I made last week ( no herbs shall be wasted LOL). My mask for deep conditioning I did a bit different......I melted down a couple of table spoons ( very full LOL) of coconut oil about a table spoon of Olive oil and 2 teaspoons of instant coffee and 2 tea spoons of Moroccan Henna once melted down well I added it into my mix of aloe vera powder, hibiscus powder, and several table spoons of Goddess Hair; with hot distilled water.... I am excited for this Hair Spa Day 🥰💙

I tried yogurt in my hair when I first went natural back in 2013 but it was just ok. I’ve also tried coconut milk and it was just ok. Now your cocoa henna kisses-that’s something I would try with sukesh. My hair absolutely loves them and they smell soooooo good 😊

For living in Colorado, I'm genuinely surprised it's hard to find people who specialize in it there. Definitely going to try your products. I've used yogurt off and on. It helps give my hair volume and shine, but it later seems to dry it out.

Khadijah, I got my package from henna sooq. Going to henna next weekend. I watched some of your older videos concerning aloe powder and most times you say add 1 tsp to 100g of henna but one video you said 2 tsp aloe powder to 100g of henna. Is it 1 or 2 tsp? Thank you!
@karind.61034 жыл бұрын
I actually add 1 tbsp per 100 grams because my hair is extra dry and it didn’t affected the colour result so I think you can add both (1 tbsp = 3 tsp)

Sorry for the confusion. It's about 1-2 tsp. 5% of 1 tsp exactly on but 2% is okay as well.

Thanks a lot for your videos, you are amazing! I have incorporated Ayurveda in my hair routine and my type 3b/c hair feels stronger. Can you recommend something for fairy knots? They avoid length retention because I have to cut them off frequently. Usually I wear my hair in twists as a protective style. Many thanks!
@HennaSooq4 жыл бұрын
Welcome Samar!!! :) Oh fairy knots are the worst ever and quite tough. You can try keeping your hair in protective styles as you have been and also try using the Moroccan Hair tea as a spritz to keep hair moisturized and free from tangling into each other.

Is there a way to dye black hair to ginger with henna ?
@shalizalacombe63308 ай бұрын
Maybe peroxide to lighten it first...the henna naturally stains red. Sometimes we put in amla & other ayurvedic herbs like sukesh in a hair mask treatment to lighten the red...you adjust it how you want the color
@princesserossignol2233 жыл бұрын
Hey, you may not see this but I have naturally dark brown hair with my ends being lighter and some natural highlights as well. I’m a black female I’m not really sure about my hair type but it’s between 4b or c I think. A lot of people say that Ayurvedics can make your hair darker, so I guess my question is, is that true? Can I safely use Ayurvedics without worrying about whether or not my hair color is going to change. Instead can Ayurvedics make my natural hair color pop more without dyeing it, if so, would you recommend some of your products. Thank you !
