Gab, I am a 57 year old drummer who knows absolutely no drumming techniques. I am just beginning your lessons and I want to let you know that you are making an impact on my drumming. I have always listened to a song, picked out the drums from it and played. That is how I learned how to play. My practice time was always putting on headphones and playing to some real elaborate song like Tom Sawyer. Probably not the best song to try and learn but that is how I do it. I have gotten very good at it, but I have no technique about it. So I will use your lessons to become a better drummer---Thanks Gab

+David Vick Hi David! Thanks so much for sharing some of your story with me! I'm so glad that I can have an impact on your drumming! I'm so happy that you are enjoying my lessons, keep up the great work David!

Thanks Gab, love the Christmas song---practice does make perfect. How did you get so good? Lots of Lessons or are you more like me where you learned it all on your own. I did the rudiments on a snare drum as a 9 year old at my school with the music teacher but have never taken a Drum Set lesson in my life. Glad you are online cause usually someone just wants to show how good they are but never slow it down enough for someone to actually see how it is done. Unfortunately I just got back from Hernia Surgery so no drums for at least a week while it heals but that will not stop me from watching you and learning more----Dave

Excellent videos, because of your techniques I now am able to play double pedal, faster than my hands, so now I have to works on my hands to keep up, and maybe slow down the feet, even though I follow another really older teacher, your techniques produce results, I highly recommended you to all ages.
