Loved this haul. ❤️ As for the ribs. I only use salt and pepper to season. Then I BBQ them over indirect heat slow and low in a rib rack. I do not sauce until right before I remove them from the heat. What time is the BBQ?

A restaurant in your area is selling a 1/2 rack of ribs for $28 and full rack for $54. My local restaurant sells the dinners for $27 1/2 rack and $38 full rack. Free is the best deal - in my area of Oregon they run around $3.99/lb

Nice dive ,amazing and sad how much food is waisted daily i once went to my local grocery store / butcher shop at the end of my Alley to aee if they threw away a few trimmings for my dog , and walked away with whatever meat waa left in there displays i been hooked ever since lol that was 4 years ago i juat got 15 lbs of strip steak and pot roast today not to mention about 20;cans and bottles of pop and energy drinks one time i found 4 3lb bags of breaded fried chicken too much for me so i walked about a mile and gave them to homeless ppl

Ribs are about 15 to 18 dollars for half a rack of ribs in NorthWest Alabama. I can't remember what the whole rack is...they are so expensive I don't pay that much attention!

Ribs are good cooked in an instant pot. Rub the spices. Place so edge in up. 1 C water of juice or beer. Cook 90 min. Full natural release. Bbq sauce on them and caramelize the sauce under broiler. Yum!
