This was my daddy’s favourite hymn I’m sure he’s singing it with the Angels praising his Saviour and Jesus whom he adored !! I lost my dearest daddy in 2010 to Cancer and I miss him everyday but I’m assured I’ll be with him again on the beautiful shore in Heavens glory one day soon !! I was always his little girl no matter what age I became And I want to be his little girl in Heaven once more very soon Thank you for playing this beautiful hymn x

Okay, so now you got the Pentatonix and Peter Hollens/Home Free versions done. Which are some of the best versions I've ever heard. But now you should do who I believe to have the best version of this song. LeAnn Rimes solo acapella version sung with the aid of some beautiful acoustics in a cathedral style church. It's stunning, and powerful.

Believe it or not, but Home Free has an amazing version of Boys to Men's "End of the Road". It may seem a weird choice of songs for Home Free to cover, but it's really, really good. One of their best and Rob really gets a chance to shine.

6 voices with wonderful harmonies. It was beautiful - on par with How Great Thou Art. Peter and Tim have known and worked with each other for over 20 years, so they know each other's voices and can arrange for each other so well. Tim and Peter have a number of duets, and a few of them include their wives. They also collaborate with The Hound & The Fox - Peter, Tim, and Chance have all done songs with them. They aren't a capella most of the time, but their acoustic instruments aren't intrusive.

Hey you two Peter and Tim have done many songs together my personal favorites are misty mountains, bridge over trouble water,sound of silence,and green sleeves. Three of them are Simon and Garfunkel songs. I'm a huge fan of them. You need to check out their cover of Boyz to men end of the road to hear more of robs angelic voice. Home Free Go rest high the mountain is still my favorite track of theres. Being a fourth generation vet, I remember my dad teaching me how to fold the flag properly. I never knew as a child how much it meant till I started seeing them as adult, including my dad's and my oldest brother and one day my son will get mine.

This is one of the most beautiful versions of the hymn. Peter Hollens has another collaboration with them of "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking for" that's also terrific. They're all vocal chameleons and sing everything from gospel to goofy. They don't have a lead singer, whomsoever sounds best singing it does so. For example, Austin wrote "Give Me A Sign" but sings back-up harmony.

Home Free has been friends with Peter Hollens for a long time; Peter is primarily a solo artist but collaborates with Home Free every once in awhile. (His "Bridge Over Troubled Water" with Tim Foust is incredible!!🥰) Home Free does an amazing job at brilliantly simple--but still entertaining--videos. I highly recommend "My Country 'Tis of Thee" and "Mary Did You Know".

Tim, the bass, has a 5 octave range so you were getting a taste of it here. He can sing way lower and way higher. Peter has a beautiful voice and he and Tim have a lot of songs together. They recently put out an album together. Lots of great singers here. Rob (glasses) can sing opera and he and Austin (high tenor with red hair) sing Nessun Dorma on Austin Brown’s channel. Peter has a great voice, I actually prefer his lower register. His cover of The Prayer that he did with his wife some years ago is one of my favorite examples of his lower voice. Also, Peter did "The Misty Mountain' from the Lord of the Rings series with Tim Foust and it's AWESOME.

Geoff bass from Voice Play was helped by Tim to get low and Avi from Pentatnoix and Tim are great friends. I would suggest Avi Kaplan song Change on the Rise. He went solo when he left Pentatonix. I also would suggest the song they did with Chris Rupp one of the founding members before he left called Moving On, he and his brother Adam (beatboxer) do a few seconds together.

Amazing voices & song! I love Home Free. Pentatonix are also an amazing A Capela group. No shade on all these guys, because they are indeed great. However, I love PTX even more, with their diversity. One woman, 2 black men & 2 gay men. Totally different vibe, exactly as music should be. ~ Another song you guys should hear is by Carrie Underwood & it's her version of 'How great thou art' and it is breath taking.
