Thank you this needs to be discussed more often. There are so many homes without fathers. These young men are crying out and young women. I remember when I cried out and said God, I don’t have a father, and I heard without a doubt a voice that said I am a father to the fatherless, and I said God if that’s you say it again and he did and what a relief that gave me… I was 11 years old and this song brings that memory back.❤❤❤

Oh my gosh! Wow. I had a similar experience. I used to collect seashells and one day I was drawn to the tiniest ones I had ever collected but never really looked at them after I had found them from the other side of the world! So after some time of finally studying these awesome intricate designs, shades etc in each shell, a voice came to me saying; "now.. every time you look at these, just remember, that's how special you are" so it wasn't me, never would I have said that to myself as I have wothlessness issues. It was definitely God almighty. No one else would have heard it. It was a silent voice speaking to me. What a beautiful Father,Lord, God and friend. Jehovah God. Such a beautiful God and father. And Jesus his son, tenderly shepherds us. ✨💖

"How do I shave, can you show me?" Football was on, though. *"Carefully and with as few cuts as possible!"* and he turned back to the game. Gut punch.

My mom got pregnant with me when she was 16, back in 1965,.. my biological dad did not want me... So my mom married another man before I was born and I took his name,. He left after 2 years.. ...I was raised by my grandparents, ( who were the center of my universe). Till I was 5,. . Mom met and married a guy in the coast guard, and came to take me from my grandparents, 😭😭, that was the worst day of my life ..., he ended up adopting me, but they were divorced within 7 years. .. He lived half way across the US from me and my brothers, ( who I was blessed with, in their marriage).. my mom had 3 jobs for a long time, and I had to watch my brothers for years,..... . My adopted daddy died when my brother's were still in high school.,... 😢 I hurt for my brothers more than myself, because they were alone. ..I had moved and was married. I felt guilty for leaving them, but I had to live my life . .. But yeah...😢

I am fatherless...kinda. I'm the product of my mother having her husband at the time, take advantage. He wouldn't take no for an answer. She got pregnant, she ran. I have never even seen a picture of my biological father. I was adopted by my mothers second husband, but he made it clear, even with us being adopted. He wouldnt love my older sister and I the same way he did our younger sisters (his biological kids) he told us this at 5 (me) and 7 (my older sister) when they split he wanted her new boyfriend to marry her so he could adopt us so we wouldnt carry his name anymore. So, I was adopted the second time. He was a pastor. But he wasn't. He was a monster who knew the bible as well as lucifer does. He hurt my older sister and I. It was dark. He was prosecuted years and years later because certain crimes against kids under 12 have no limit of prosecution. Anyway. This song made me cry. So hard. I lost my sister on October 22nd 2022, she died from her addiction, and she used to try to cope with everything. She was my best friend. His other song, "Peace with the Pain," is about losing someone to addiction. This kid, he's seen too much, and it makes me sad he had to go through this. God bless yall.
