I've watched about 15 KZbin videos of violinists playing Amazing Grace, and this is by far the best. The richness of tone drawn from the violin is exquisite, the tempo is perfect. This rendition is every bit as haunting as images of bagpipe players emerging from the mists of rolling hills in Scotland. Sheer perfection. (I don't understand why the jump in octaves, if that's what's happening @ 1:10. Everyone seems to do it that way.)

Now that’s what I’ve been waiting to hear. I’ve listened to a lot of Amazing Grace violin renditions and yours is bar none the best . It’s the Appalachian mountain, fog in the trees , mist coming down sound , and long drawn out notes that make this so wonderful. The others played the song like they just wanted to get through it and you play it like you felt it. Bravo young man bravo.

PHILLIP HUNT, CIC Thank you so much for enjoying it =) The version in itself is something I've kind of sorted on my own, so there's no sheet music for it. But this tip might help you to know some of my fingering =) : I tend to use third position a lot, in order to hit D's and A's with my second finger and get a nice and easy vibrato.

Lo mejor es que le pidas a un amigo que toca Piano para que te acompañe :) Los acordes no son muy difíciles, así que seguro que si le pides a un amigo talentoso, la va a poder sacar de oído sin problemas. Hay muchas versiones de esta canción por KZbin! Así que seguro hay una linda versión en Piano y Violín. Saludos y bendiciones!

Hola Lina! Esta es una versión mía y por lo tanto no hay partituras. Sin embargo probablemente puedas buscar la partitura en google y te aparezca. Es bastante sencilla! Lo otro es que te metas a IMSLP y la busques ahí. Un saludo y bendiciones!
