Thank you very much, doctor. I have been following this for last 2 months - finish dinner by 7pm. It was difficult initialy, but now got the decipline. Now i dont even eat anything in night parties. See lot of positive changes in the body and mind. 😀

Dr . Your vedios are very nice. You present it interesting and easy to understand. I changed my dinner time to 6 to 7pm. Last few years. It's very nice. I slowly moved it from 8.30 pm to 6pm. It took almost a year to reach 6pm .it's difficult to jump from 9pm to 6pm in one week..Transitioning slowly helps to.adabt. Now last few years I feel comfortable to eat at 6pm and sleep at 10 pm. Also made my dinner More lighter. Now no.more indigetion, no more heart burn better sleep Better well being.

Thanks for the advice. I eat my dinner around 4pm & go to bed around 8pm. If I am hungry in between I drink protein shake. I do not know whether it is good to drink protein shake at night. Your advise needed.

Yes Sir, we can have 20 to 40 grams of protein, 30 mins before going to bed. It stimulates protein synthesis and helps in the body repair mechanism during sleep

Hi sir, I can really understand the ordeal of people working at night. The digestive ability of our body is very low at night and so try to have a very healthy and mild diet whenever possible. Sir, if you cannot change your timing and if you are feeling fresh and good when you wake up proceed with your routine. 👍
